- Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, fluency in English and Hindi language, persuasive
- Skills, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle the pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible in shifts (7 am to 11 pm) 6 days a week
- Education: 10th / 12th / Graduate
- 12th Pass or Fresh Graduate or 10th with 2 years experience in Customer Care / Telecalling / Telemarketing / Domestic BPO / Customer Engagement process or domain
- Age Criteria: 30 yrs
- Salary Range (Monthly Gross): 13.5K – 19.5K
- Shift Flexible in shifts: 7 AM – 4 PM (Females)
- Men: Rotational till 11:00 PM maximum
- Working Days: 6 days/week
- Hiring, Interview Process: One round HR Final Round Ops
