OnePlus is seeking young, enthusiastic and result-oriented individuals to understand customer requirements and provide the best of the best customer experience. Customer Service Intern Young minds who are interested in engaging in conversations with new people and great interpersonal skills.

It’s expected that the candidate will spend 50% of their time traveling.

Job Responsibilities

  •  Analyze the internal training requirements and devise training plans for the complete year.
  • Develop the required training materials for the training sessions
  • Organize regular classroom /On the Job training/ role plays to develop a product, services, and interpersonal skills of the team’s Customer Service Intern
  • Identify individual and team skill gaps, co-ordinate supervisors to complete business improvement demands
  • Coordinate on new hire basic customer service training, mentorship programs
  • Assess training impacts against staff performance and customer satisfaction and customize training accordingly Job Requirements
  • At least 3-year experience of as a customer service trainer, fluency in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a great communicator
  • Result-orientated, self-driven individual
  • Bachelor degree


  • Understand the products of OnePlus and the overall business
  • Understand the customer service experience rendered in all fields
  • Meet and greet customers with the ability to provide a professional and outstanding customer experience
  • Understand and process customer queries and requests Customer Service Intern
  • Foresee issues, escalations and ensure it is highlighted to the next level immediately upon sensing
  • Attend training sessions designed for customer service and performing administrative task as required


  • Bachelor degree; fluency in Chinese
  • Familiar with office software
  • Excellent ability of issue analysis, good communication skills
